Continuity mistake: In the final scene in which Norbit's father hits Rasputia on her back, he is holding the whale spear with the arrow point at the back, then when it hits Rasputia it goes on her butt with the pointed side.
Continuity mistake: Kate's skin color changes as she grows up. When Norbit was a kid she had a darker skin tone than when he saw her after so many years. (00:25:43)
Continuity mistake: When Rasputia is first at Buster's dance studio, in the mirror behind buster, it shows her facing forward with the rest of the class. Next shot is of her putting her things down.
