Corrected entry: Derek Bond is supposedly married in this movie. Someone would have had to notice that Kevin Franklin wasn't wearing a wedding ring.
Houseguest (1995)
1 corrected entry
Directed by: Randall Miller
Starring: Kim Greist, Chauncey Leopardi, Phil Hartman, Sinbad
Genres: Comedy
Continuity mistake: When Sinbad is sitting on a bridge with Phil Hartman, Phil is eating a Big Mac that Sinbad is eyeballing due to his forced adoption of having to be a vegetarian to keep up with his lie. In one shot the Big Mac is perfect in every way, in the next it's totally messy, almost as if it were to fall apart, and then back to perfect again.
Ron Timmerman: I wash my balls religiously. I like 'em so clean you can just feel every dimple.
Kevin Franklin: Thank you for sharing that.
Ron: The cleaner the ball, the better the play. Especially when you pull out that wood. The quicker you get it into the hole with the least amount of strokes, the better, right?
Kevin: Are you trying to tell me something?
Ron: Let me wash your balls.
Question: What happens to the real Derek bond, his old friend? He is not seen at the party at the end or even seen again after the hostage.
Answer: Presumably he went back to his home and practice. Gary seemed to like Derek much more anyway.

Correction: Just because someone doesn't wear a wedding ring, doesn't mean they aren't married. My dad doesn't wear one, but he is married.
