Revealing mistake: When Chev discovers he's been poisoned and picks up the TV, you can see it's not turned on, nor does it have any wires. (00:04:00 - 00:05:00)
Crank (2006)
1 revealing mistake
Directed by: Brian Taylor, Mark Neveldine
Starring: Jason Statham, Amy Smart, Efren Ramirez, Jose Pablo Cantillo, Carlos Sanz
Continuity mistake: When the guys in the Impalas are chasing Chevy and his girlfriend from the sweatshop, the last car hits the fence. Right before the car hits the fence a guy is hanging out of the window (meaning it's open). After Chevy walks up and finishes the guys off and turns around the angle changes with the car behind him and the window is up. Chevy would have shot it out EVEN IF the guy rolled it up. (01:03:30)
Chev Chelios: What is this stuff?
Doc Miles: Synthetic ephedrine diluted with some saline.
Chev Chelios: Feels sort of good.
Doc Miles: Yeah well. I got a little Meth in there too, so that's the endorphins you feel running to your brain.
Chev Chelios: Wait a minute so I'm not better?
Doc Miles: Fuck no you're not better. You're in such shit shape it's stunning. I can't belive your hearts still beating. Shit should be in a fucking medical journal.
Question: I heard talk of a sequel. Does this mean that Chev survived and the fall was the antidote?

Answer: That would depend very much on the nature of the sequel. It may be intended to feature the original character, in which case he must have survived. Alternatively, the sequel may be intending to use an entirely new character in a similar situation, in which case Chev's fate is open to debate.
