Revealing mistake: When Andy and Claude are fighting each other in the train, during several shots, you can see Claude wearing gray briefs.

An American Werewolf in Paris (1997)
1 revealing mistake - chronological order
Directed by: Anthony Waller
Starring: Julie Delpy, Tom Everett Scott, Vince Vieluf, Phil Buckman
Plot hole: When Andy turns into a werewolf, he kills both Amy and Detective Benbou. Later in the morgue, Amy tells him because of this that she is forced to become his "rotting sidekick." If this is completely true, then Detective Benbou should also be following Andy around but he isn't seen after Andy manages to escape from the morgue.
Claude: I love Americans. You all have a good taste.
Trivia: The original script for this movie had Andy going to Paris after learning his Uncle had been attacked, there was no secret werewolf society but Claude would still be a werewolf and the main antagonist, there was no drug that cause an instant transformation into a werewolf; instead, there would be a specific plant that allowed Claude to change into a werewolf any time he wanted to and Serafine would have been the werewolf that attacked and bit Andy.
Question: How did Claude kill Dr. Pigot? When Serafine is attempting to revive him, he doesn't seem to have a mark on him.

Answer: Perhaps the good doc died of a heart attack? Brought on from the horror / terror of being chased and then attacked by a monster? Or some other similar type of affliction. Embolism? Aneurysm?
