Factual error: Liquid nitrogen comes in a stainless steel Dewer Flask, which is a larger diameter than shown in the film. The gas cylinders shown, on two occasions, are the type used for high pressure gas, not liquid nitrogen. (00:17:10)
Factual error: When J.D. gets killed, Vince's leg shakes. Vince is suppose to be paralyzed. Even if he was extremely scared, his leg shouldn't have been able to move no matter how much he tried. It happens again later in the movie. (00:30:55)
Suggested correction: During the film, its never discussed whether or not Vince is paralyzed. He may just have a damaged spine. The scene where his foot is shaking, the entire camera frame is pointing directly at his feet. Seems unlikely that would have been included, if he was playing a paraplegic.
Factual error: J.D's legs wouldn't be frozen and shattered in seconds by liquid Nitrogen spray. In fact, science has shown that even fully submerging a leg in LN2 for 30-40 seconds will only freeze the surface. Which will then thaw after several minutes. (00:31:38)
Factual error: At the end when the two people are shooting at each other underwater, they both fire about four shots at each other. This isn't possible because a gun needs pressure to reload, or else it would jam after one or two shots. An episode of Mythbusters confirms this.
Suggested correction: This is just false. Many modern guns can be fired underwater. And not just once, but until the clip is empty. Including Glocks, and Berettas. The latter, was what both characters were firing at each other with in the film. There's many videos on Youtube of people shooting guns underwater. That scene is 100% accurate.
