Revealing mistake: When Glen cuts Chucky apart, you can pretty obviously see where the fabric on Chucky's clothes has been pre-cut and then "blended together", so they will "break apart" easily when the ax hits. The ax also doesn't always hit exactly where the limb "cuts off".
Visible crew/equipment: When Joan shows up to Jennifer's house and Chucky says, "It's that nosy bitch, Joan," for a brief instant, you can see what appears to be a puppeteer's hand behind Chucky's right shoulder. It's only onscreen for about 1 second, but if you know where to look, it's obvious.
Audio problem: After Chucky ties Jennifer up and Tiffany catches him trying to feel her up, Jennifer starts screaming various variants of "Help me!", but her mouth movements don't match her words.
Continuity mistake: Before Tiffany kills Redman, he has a plate loaded with food. We then see him take a few bites in close-up as the camera circles around him, and then it cuts to his plate, and it's now essentially empty. The bites he's taking are not big enough to totally empty his plate in the time seen.
Continuity mistake: When Redman hears Tiffany running behind him and turns around, he places his fork down on his plate twice between cuts.
Other mistake: When Tiffany runs behind Redman, it's far too obvious that it's a person in a costume. Tiffany suddenly appears to be nearly a foot taller than she should be.
Deliberate mistake: When Tiffany is reading the self-help book for recovering addicts, there's a closeup of a page. While the headline for the chapter makes sense, the body text is completely unrelated and is about corporate work culture. (Likely just some generic free text the prop department copy/pasted into the book prop.)
Other mistake: When the acid falls on Pete Peters, it falls straight down and soaks his entire head, but only dissolves the skin on the left side of his head.
Revealing mistake: The "semen" that drips off the turkey baster is painfully obviously CGI. It doesn't quite match the movement perfectly and looks incredibly "flat".
Revealing mistake: When Tiffany is using the turkey baster to inseminate Jennifer, you can tell she's not squeezing the baster, and yet, it's "squeezing" on its own. (Likely it was impossible for the puppet to properly squeeze it, so they had it rigged to squeeze on its own.)
Continuity mistake: When Jennifer asks Joan to bring her a bottle of champagne, Jennifer's eyes go from wide open to partially closed between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Joan is writing fake fan-letters to Jennifer, the letter she is writing changes between cuts (notice where it says "Sincerely, " which is completely different between the two close-ups). She also goes from not writing to writing between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky, Tiffany, and Glen are talking in the back of Jennifer's limo, when Tiffany tells Glen not to "worry about it" because "I've got that figured out too!", her right hand goes from up by her face to down by her side between cuts.
Other mistake: When Tony Gardner's body falls down, not only is it pretty obvious that it's just a dummy due to its unnatural movement, but you can see some "phantom blood" spraying from his lower back on the right side of the screen. (I'm assuming one of the blood tubes broke during the shot.)
Visible crew/equipment: When Tony Gardner is beheaded, you can just barely see a black wire at the top of the frame to pull his head upward for a split second. (Pausing helps but is not required if you know where to look.)
Revealing mistake: When Chucky is walking behind Tony Gardner as he's removing Tiffany's back in the VFX room, you can tell Chucky has been composited into the scene poorly. Watch his feet, and you can sort-of see that he has a slightly "wobble/slide" to his movement where the blending of the two shots didn't quite work. The lighting on Chucky also doesn't quite match the background.
Visible crew/equipment: When Glen approaches the animatronics of Chucky and Tiffany in the FX room, you can see a bounce card reflected in Glen's eyes. Given he's facing a wall, there's nothing else that could cause such a reflection in his eyes.
Continuity mistake: When Jennifer is auditioning for Redman, when Redman says he's going to go with his first choice, Jennifer's hand goes from up under her chin to down by her side between cuts.
Visible crew/equipment: As Glen escapes on the truck, when he turns to camera, you can see a very, very obvious reflection of a bounce-card on his eyes. (There's absolutely nothing else that could possibly be creating such a consistent reflection given he's on a moving vehicle.)
Visible crew/equipment: When Psychs is threatening Glen with the rat, you can pretty see a reflection of set lights and bounce cards in both Psych's and especially Glen's eyes during their closeups.
Answer: Have you ever SEEN demon doll DNA? It's creepy! Not at all like your 'normal' DNA. Now, if you have a Barbie and Ken doll having a kid, you'd get something nice like a P.J. Doll. You mix evil, twisted, Chucky with psychopathic Tiffany and all bets are off, baby-wise. I'm surprised that Glen turned out as well as he did! And with a Cockney accent?
