Crude but profound. Ignore it and you get what just happened in Afghanistan.

1/10.I can't believe what they allow on the big screen nowadays. Here it's just puppets being used to say and do some of the crudest and vulgar things possible. Don't get me wrong, I found the jokes mocking Hollywood people amusing, hence the one out of ten here. But let's face it, being vulgar, crass, and gross is all Matt Stone and Trey Parker know how to do.It's what's made them millionaires today. This is nothing more than a South Park spin off just with puppets instead of the crude paper doll animation. It's abysmal.

Visible crew/equipment: In the "I'm So Ronery" song, the camera pans past some photos of celebrities. Look in the Marilyn Monroe photo and you can see crewmember's feet (could be a puppeteer?).

Trivia: The scene where Gary strolls into the bar is virtually the exact same layout as the canteen in Star Wars. The same music is playing, several members of the band are playing the same instruments and people are even "drinking" from those bong-like tubes.

Question: Does anyone know what the joke is about Matt Damon always calling out his name? Is it supposed to be a reference to something?

Answer: I read an interview with Trey Parker and Matt Stone where they said that they had not intended for it to be that way but that when they made the Matt Damon puppet, it looked so retarded that they thought it would be funny to just have him be retarded in the movie and only say his name. They said it was nothing personal against Matt Damon.
