Factual error: The town that they live in can't exist geographically, despite being set in reality. Tim works as a knight for Medieval Times which is off rt 17 near Rutherford. They also mention that Sam's "brother", Tetembe, attends Rutgers which has a New Brunswick, Camden and Newark campus. The closest campus to Rutherford is Newark which is still about 40 minutes away, so in order for the characters to be in a suburban location within 15 or so minutes of both Medieval Times and Rutgers is geographically impossible.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where they are playing spin the bottle at the party, when Dana gets up to kiss Andrew, Mark has a cup of alcohol, then in the next shot Mark is in he has a joint, which then in the next shot is a cop of alcohol again.
