Continuity mistake: Right before the police chief dies in the car, Steven Seagal isn't in the right seat anymore. Then a second later he is jumping from the van.
Continuity mistake: When Steven Segal is having dinner with the woman watch the napkin. It has a mind of its own. It keeps on appearing in different places on the table.
Continuity mistake: When Segal is held captive in the speeding black van, one of the captors is pushed out the side door by Segal and is crushed when the passenger side of the van hits a row of parked cars - one of the side doors gets knocked off but a few shots later, as the van is scraping past a line of cars, the door's back on. Trivia: In the final shootout, Chief Hinges (Bill Duke) says, "You're Fired" as he shoots. This same line was used by Arnold Schwarzenegger in 'True Lies' (1994). Bill Duke starred alongside Schwarzenegger in 'Commando' (1985) and 'Predator' (1987). Additionally, Tom Arnold appeared in both this film and 'True Lies'
