Continuity mistake: In the opening, when Boyd is walking towards the cops standing at the side of the motorbikes, one cop changes his position between shots. (00:01:10)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the bridge scene, there is a shot of the bridge and the street in the background with loads of people standing on both sides of the street (and cars as well), but when the camera cuts to a shot of the yellow lorry (truck) pulling onto the bridge, everything that we saw in the previous shot has gone. Continuity mistake: During the bridge shootup scene the cops on the bikes shoot at a police car (in front of the vehicles carrying the VP), and it swerves then hits the bridge. In the following shot looking back at the SUV's, there is no crashed police car at the side of the bridge. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: During the bridge scene, the chopper fires upon two cars, one black and one greyish that drive past Boyd's car. If you watch closely, the position of the body on the floor wearing the white clothing changes dramatically during shots. (00:05:30)

Continuity mistake: Close to the beginning of the film, when Steven Seagal walks out to his car, Chinese guys are trying to break in. When Tom Arnold runs into the scene you can see in one shot one of the Chinese guys already has his pistol visible, but a couple of shots later he reveals his pistol again. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: When Boyd goes to the city records hall, only to come across a family tied up on the floor, look at the cleaning trolley in the background, the blue brush changes direction between the first and second shot. (00:32:40)

Continuity mistake: When Boyd and George pull up outside of TK's club "The Static", in a shot from outside of the passenger window Boyd is holding onto the steering wheel with his left hand, but when it cuts to a shot from outside the drivers window Boyd's right hand is on the steering wheel. Continuity mistake: When Boyd is in TK's nightclub, Boyd kicks TK he falls backwards into the bar, yet, in the following shot he hits the bar on his front. (00:43:45)

Continuity mistake: When Boyd is searching TK's office, the black cop sits down and puts his left hand on his head, yet in the following shot, he has his right hand on his head. (00:47:10)

Continuity mistake: When Segal is held captive in the speeding black van, one of the captors is pushed out the side door by Segal and is crushed when the passenger side of the van hits a row of parked cars - one of the side doors gets knocked off but a few shots later, as the van is scraping past a line of cars, the door's back on. (01:04:20)

Continuity mistake: Close to the end of the film, Boyd falls off of his motorbike, and the shot returns to the guys in the car, if you look out of the windscreen window, you can see Steven Seagal is already turned facing the car, but in the following shot, he turns again. (01:16:05)

Continuity mistake: DMX changes from a sweat suit into a shiny crimson suit and leaves his apartment only to come back in the same sweat suit.

Continuity mistake: The bridge scene at the beginning was filmed on two different months in Calgary shortly after bridge construction. One of the shots in the scene shows a stone lion statue on the side of the finished bridge. In other shots, the lions haven't been placed on the bridge yet.

Continuity mistake: When DMX and Anthony Anderson are escaping from the club, watch DMX choose the right side of the double wide box (which is reinforced) to jump onto the dumpster while Anthony Anderson chooses the left side which collapses under his weight. Also watch when he removes his foot from the box. The camera angle changes and his foot is back in the box again.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning where everyone is on the bridge, one of the vans explodes and you can clearly see that the passenger and the driver are both dummies.

Continuity mistake: When DMX appears for the first time and parks quickly between two cars, his car is further away from the curb when the camera cuts to him climbing out of it.

Continuity mistake: When Tom Arnold is bringing Steven S. the info he requested he walks up to him and is placing his knapsack on his shoulder, the camera angle changes and Tom has the knapsack in his hands as he is walking up to him.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Steven Segal extends his hand out to help the little girl up, he first puts out his left hand, then in the camera view you see his right hand being grabbed by the little girl, then when the view changes again, she is holding his left hand.

Continuity mistake: In an early scene, Steven Segal handcuffs Anthony Anderson to the grille of his Dodge truck. Upon his return, he finds Anderson and the truck's grille gone. Later in the film, the truck miraculously has its grille back. A few scenes later, when Segal confronts Anderson, he says "your grille is downstairs."

Continuity mistake: When Segal and DMX are watching the clips that they've been recording, one of the clips shows Michael Jai White's character speaking to DMX. White should have been looking towards the direction of the camera (because DMX has it on him).

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Boyd is riding a bike down an alley trying to escape Useldinger & Montini he dodges two big trashcans but his followers hits them making them fly onto the street. In the scene where the two trashcan comes out on the street you can see a wire pulling one of them towards the phone booth.

Trivia: This is the second film that David Vadim has appeared in that also features a Vice President character, but without sharing any scenes with them. He played Igor Nevsky in 'Air Force One' (1997) to Glenn Close's Vice President, with her on the ground and him in the plane, and Matt Montini in 'Exit Wounds' to Christopher Lawford's Vice President who only appeared in the opening scenes.
