Continuity mistake: When Ben Stiller goes to the girl's house in the white suit - she slams his head into the wall and a blood/makeup stain shows up...when the camera angle changes the stain is gone. (00:42:05)

Continuity mistake: When Christine Taylor is on the court by herself and the announcer says "Hold your phone she's got a cannon," she is walking backwards and there is one ball behind her. The camera cuts to the team, then cuts back and there are two balls behind her. (00:48:45)

Continuity mistake: When Average Joe's team are running to the balls against Skillz That Kill, you see the Lumberjack's feet instead. (00:53:55)

Continuity mistake: When Joe's are playing Skillz that Killz, the Killz guy with number 3 and a bandanna gets a ball on his behind. 2 shots later, he throws a ball, despite the fact he must have gone out. (00:54:00)

Dragon

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Gordon gets angry seeing his "mail order wife" with another man you can see the dancers in the background, behind Gordon, just standing around. When the camera pans out they are all dancing and celebrating. When it cuts back to Gordon they are just standing and leaning against the pole. (00:58:00 - 00:58:55)

Continuity mistake: When Owen wins the match for Average Joe's, the team puts him on their shoulders, and after Owen is put down he locks hands with Patches, but in the next shot, Kate is locked hands with Patches. (00:59:20)

Continuity mistake: When Peter La Fleur is presented with a contract to sign his gym over and Me'Shell opens the briefcase to "Show" the $100,000.00 the money appears in the middle of the briefcase, however, when the camera angle is changed so you see the back of White's head you cannot see a trace of the money in the briefcase. Continuity mistake: When Stiller wants Vaughn to sign over his gym - he hands the paper with the top towards Vince Vaughn - when the camera angle changes the top is suddenly facing towards Ben Stiller. (01:00:05)

Continuity mistake: When Peter is talking to White about the deal, Me'Shell is standing in back of Peter. In the first two shots his hands are on his hips, in the third shot his left hand is over his right wrist on his stomach, and the next shot his hands are on his hips again. (01:01:05)

Factual error: When Steve the Pirate is walking down the street in Vegas and gets hit with a drink, behind the truck you see Binions Horseshoe Casino. Binions is on Fremont street, and that is closed to traffic. (01:02:35)

Continuity mistake: When Peter meets Lance Armstrong and they are talking, Lance has a bottle of water in his hand. As the camera keeps changing shots from Peter to Lance, the bottle of water changes back and forth from having a cap on it to not having a cap on it. There's no time for Lance to have taken it off and put it on that many times. (01:10:35)

Continuity mistake: During the final game when Justin is by himself, you can see Owen sitting on the bench without his track suit. When he throws the ball at White you can quickly see in the background Owen is standing behind Justin with his track suit on. Few shots later it cuts back to the bench and he is sitting down with the rest of the team with the uniform minus the track suit. (01:16:23 - 01:16:30)

Continuity mistake: In the final showdown after Peter knocks White down, his team rushes on to congratulate him. At first the court is clear behind Peter, but when the team rushes on there are a lot of balls behind him. In the same scene, there is a large, black box with skulls and crossed bones on it that isn't seen in the wide shot. (01:19:30)

Audio problem: In the scene after the referee has shouted that it's Sudden Death, the commentators are talking. The only sound you can hear is them talking. But if you look behind them, there are loads of people who are shouting. (01:21:00)

Continuity mistake: When Peter and White are in sudden death, White gets hit with the ball and slides backwards. In the first shot he is parallel with the words and the next shot he is perpendicular. (01:22:20)

Continuity mistake: When the Average Joes wins the tournament, fans rush the court as well as the cheerleaders and bondage people. The very next shot the cheer squad and bondage folks are in the stands. (01:22:30 - 01:22:35)

Continuity mistake: When the chest of winnings is opened at the end, the sign reading "Deus Ex Machine" is visible on the inside of the lid. A few shots later, that large sign is gone. (Don't confuse it with a second sign at the front of the chest, under the lock, that is always there.) (01:24:45 - 01:26:25)

Plot hole: During the sudden death event, Peter and White are told that both feet must remain in the triangle at all times. When Peter throws the ball, his left foot is outside of the triangle.
