Trivia: In the scene where the judge is killed by the two sentries, one of the sentries is played by director Sam Raimi (of Spider-man fame).

Trivia: Toward the end of the movie when Stu and Tom are driving back to Boulder in the snowcat, there are two sentry's on duty. One is Stephen King himself, and the other is Mike Lookinland who played Bobby Brady on the Brady Bunch television show. In fact, when they are hugging the Stu and Tom, you can even hear Stu call him "Bobby".
Trivia: In the scene where Tom Cullen is sneaking by the sentries on his way back to Boulder, one of them (beard and glasses) is played by director John Landis, of An American Werewolf in London fame.
