Corrected entry: During the scene when the bully guy and his two friends break into the school records office and find the records on Link, the records state that he is vaccinated for rabies/distemper etc. Wouldn't it have seemed a little strange to the school personnel that these were vet records? They should have questioned those records from the beginning, however they filed them as if they were regular health records for a person, not a dog.
Corrected entry: They dug up a caveman in what is apparently the United States. Yet the caveman is a white man. If he was dug up in the U.S., shouldn't he be Native American?
Correction: It's widely accepted now that the Clovis people were the first wave of immigrants to the American continent, and pre-dated those we know as Native Americans. Clovis people were close in culture to Cro-Magnons of Europe and probably crossed the Bering Straight, making their way down the west coast and settling in the south-west about 12,000 years ago. Corrected entry: In the scene near the end where Matt takes over the stage at the Prom, he takes the crown from the presenter of the Prom King and Queen and pushes Link away. While he is doing this, he is holding the King's crown but after the camera shifts back to him in the very next shot, the crown is floating in mid-air with nothing holding it. It then changes to a long shot where you can see the whole hall, and it is still floating in the air.
Correction: The crown isn't floating in mid-air. It's drapped over the microphone stand.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Link drinks the chili dip stuff, he "shakes" his head to get rid of all the stuff on his face, but the liquid bits wouldn't have come off no matter how hard he shook his head.....
Correction: The shaking of his head is only a comic reaction to the hot salsa, not an attempt to shake it off.
Corrected entry: When Dave is introducing Link to his parents and Link is running from the dog, he runs outside and Dave shuts the sliding glass door. There isn't anything there (on the door) and a couple of seconds later there is a hand print.
Correction: This plainly shows how many times school authorities don't really look at the records they file. It's just standard paperwork that gets done mechanically without anyone giving it any thought.
