Revealing mistake: In the railroad yard shootout, Seagal jumps on a railroad work cart. He then kicks at a post to propel himself down the track, but one can easily see the pull cable/rope just inside the near rail, in the lower right hand corner of the screen. (00:44:05)
Continuity mistake: When Hopper and Lena are fighting Lena's shirt gets ripped and it is revealed that Lena is a guy (he rips padded bra off). Next shot Lena jumps up and grabs/swings from a rope thing and his shirt is fine. (01:07:00)
Plot hole: In the shot near the end where Steven is fighting the Chinese guy, the Chinese guy fires an arrow at Steven and Steven picks up the Samurai, cutting it in half. This is impossible to do because arrows don't travel in a straight line, although the arrow in the film travels in a straight line.
