Character mistake: At the hospital, Mr Bigger's surname is misspelt as "Biggir" on the name tag on his bed.
Carry On Doctor (1967)
1 character mistake - chronological order
Directed by: Gerald Thomas
Starring: Kenneth Williams, Sid James, Charles Hawtrey, Sidney James, Frankie Howerd
Genres: Comedy
Continuity mistake: When Mr Roper is asking the nurse if he can have a fag, he is told to take his medicine, so he takes it. But in the next shot, when the nurse has gone and he is holding a newspaper, the medicine has disappeared.
Dr James Kilmore: Just as I thought. You fell on your coccyx.
Francis Bigger: I did not. I fell on my back.
Dr James Kilmore: Your coccyx is at the base of the spine.
Francis Bigger: Well I've never heard it called that before.
Trivia: If you look carefully, you can see that one of the wards in the hospital is entitled "The Fosdick Ward". "Fosdick" would later be used in "Carry On Again Doctor", as Patsy Rowlands played a character called "Miss Fosdick".
