Marilyn discovers that her rich husband, Rex Rexroth is having an affair. She divorces Rex, but Rex’s attorney is Miles Massey, famous for his unbreakable Massey Prenuptial Agreement. In court, Massey proves that Marilyn only married Rex for his money, and she is left with nothing. Miles falls in love with Marilyn, but she marries rich tycoon, Howard Doyle. They sign a Massey Prenup, but during the wedding reception, Howard tears it up to prove his love for Marilyn.
