Revealing mistake: At the end of the movie when the Grandpa and grandson are tackled after being given the 'fortune cookies' right at the moment of impact the little boy has been replaced by a stunt double which is a grown man dressed in the same clothes. Like the dude has wrinkles and doesn't even resemble the boy at all.

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Coleman wakes up in Anna's body, as Lindsey Lohan exits her room her bedroom door is still removed, but a few seconds after she runs out of the room after Harry the door has been re-attached.
Ryan: You know what, I'm not really a prying kind of guy, but just for the heck of it, I was wondering what you were doing on the eve of our wedding straddling some guy on the back of a big black Harley?
Anna (in Tess' body): Hello, it was a Ducati.
Trivia: In the wedding scene at the end, Jamie Lee Curtis's husband, actor/director Christopher Guest, is in the crowd shots as a wedding guest.
