The Evo has the aftermarket Momo pedals installed, but after the Evo gets shot with the ESD from the helicopter, and when Brian tries to hold down the gas with his foot, the pedals in the Evo are the stock ones. He lights it, and it cuts away from him for a split second. When it cuts back less than a second later, the cigar is burnt down about an inch, as if the cigar had been lit for a few minutes. Continuity mistake: When Brian Roman arrive at Tej's garage after meeting with Verone at the club, Tej, Jimmy, and Suki are playing cards. There is a shot of them at the table and then an overshot view showing clear solo cups which appears to have beer in them. But after Brian gives Suki a kiss, then next shots show red solo cups on the table, not clear.
Continuity mistake: When Verone and Monica meet up with Brian before they get on the boat, in the background one of Verone's men walks up the dock and stops at the beginning. When Verone tells one of his men to put Monica on the boat, next shot cuts to Brain, and back to Verone. The guy at the beginning of the dock is not there but midway down the dock. It then shows him walking up again when Verone points the shotgun at Monica.
Continuity mistake: In the shots of Brian trying to remove the metal claw from his Evo, tyre marks are constantly appearing and disappearing from the road. (01:16:00)
