Eddie

Continuity mistake: In one scene, in the middle of the movie, one of the older players is sitting in a chair near the basketball court, and he is wearing sweat pants, white ones I believe. He is then asked to come in to play by Eddie (Whoopi Goldberg). He then stands up. But in the next scene he is walking up to the other players on the basketball court taking off a light jacket, but no sweat pants.

Continuity mistake: When the Knicks are playing the 2nd game they win, Eddie is seen on the sidelines wearing the Armani outfit she doesn't buy until later. When she walks into the locker room after the game with the assistant coach, she is wearing jeans.

Continuity mistake: At the Knicks game Eddie, "wins" a chance to compete in a half-time contest. The stadium announcer calls,"Section 221, Row 'R'". When we see Eddie celebrating, she is sitting in row 'S' according to the badges on the ends of the chair row. Row 'R' is the row in front of her.

Factual error: In the last scene the Hornet player is driving the key against Ivan, and it thus called for an offensive charging foul, however he double dribbled three times before that which would have been called in the NBA before the offensive charging foul.
