Visible crew/equipment: When Eric disappears for the first time the camera spins around on Albrecht. In this shot, the shadow of the camera can be seen at his feet. (00:31:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Lee shoots Fun Boy, Fun Boy falls backwards on to the bed. His leg flies up, and you can clearly see the cord coming from his pants that is attached to the fake blood bag. (00:39:05)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Brandon walks in on Top Dollar's meeting and there's a big shoot out, the guy in the trousers with hearts on them gets shot and killed, but a few seconds later you see him again shooting at Eric.
Sarah: People once believed that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the Land of the Dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can not rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes, the crow can bring that soul back to put the wrong things right.
Trivia: When Eric first goes back to his apartment, right after he returns from the grave, it is raining inside the apartment and his movements look an awful lot like the movements he just made in the rainy alleyway. [Not really a mistake, but worth noticing - the filmmakers were forced to re-use some shots after Brandon Lee's death.]
Question: In this movie Eric came back one year after his murder, but why in the other movies do the others come back shortly after their deaths?

Answer: There is no explaination given in the films, they are just brought back when the crow feels it is the right time to avenge their murder.
