Visible crew/equipment: In the old man scene at the end of the movie after the credits roll, Ryan Dunn was supposedly launched into the air by an explosion. If you look closely after he hits the building you can see the cable that is lifting and holding him up.

Jackass: The Movie (2002)
1 visible crew/equipment mistake - chronological order
Directed by: Jeff Tremaine
Starring: Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Chris Pontius, Steve-O
Continuity mistake: In the opening credits, the guys are standing full depth in the giant shopping cart. When they get to the bottom, the cart most noticeably has a platform halfway down that the guys are standing on when they get thrown out. [It is mentioned on the cast commentary (by Bam) that they needed to raise it up because they were afraid of jumping out from so low down in the trolley. Still a mistake, but that's why it's there.]
Ryan Dunn: I'm Ryan Dunn, and I'm about to get the shit kicked out of me by a girl.
Trivia: Around the time of the movie's release, the creators and studios behind the "Jackass" franchise were sued by a man who had legally changed his name to "Jack Ass" in the 90's to raise awareness of drunk driving. Mr. Ass (don't laugh) sought over $10 million in damages, claiming that the franchise would ruin his reputation, but the case was eventually tossed out by the court, presumably because "jackass" is a very common word.

Chosen answer: It's Carl Orff's classic composition "Carmina Burana". It's most prominent use was in Excalibur (1981), other movies to feature it include Detroit Rock City and General's Daughter (both 1999).
