Continuity mistake: When the woman with the glasses meets the other man for the first time after laying on the sand, the woman has sand on her back. In the shot when you look at her back the sand has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When the jungle boy says "woman" to June, he points to his chest and puts his hand to the ground. In the next shot, he is pointing to his chest again.

Continuity mistake: When June is trying to teach the Jungle Boy at the side of the lake, the sand on the Jungle Boy's belly keeps disappearing and re-appearing between shots.

Revealing mistake: When Valerie Leon is about to blow a dart at the "Head Chef", look carefully and you can see there are already two darts in the Chef's mask.

Continuity mistake: When Kenneth Connor says "Emit air in that disgusting fashion?" to Sid James during the dinner scene at the camp, you can see that Sid is holding his glass of wine above his plate, but in the next shot he is resting it on the table.

Audio problem: When Upsidasi says "Big White Hunter" when putting something in the pot at the camp, his mouth doesn't move.

Continuity mistake: When June and the Jungle Boy are at the side of the lake, her negligee appears very wet and sandy but just a few seconds later it is now spotlessly clean.

Audio problem: During the night scene at the camp, Bernard Bresslaw says something to a native before putting something in the cooking pot. You can see Bresslaw's mouth moving after he has finished speaking.

Continuity mistake: When Lady Bagley is having a shower, Bill Boosey drapes a towel over her head. Yet when the gorilla is looking through Chumley's binoculars in the tree, the towel is nowhere to be seen.

Trivia: Second "Carry On" film not to feature Kenneth Williams. He was originally offered the role of Professor Tinkle but turned it down as it clashed with his TV show. Williams was then offered the role of Walter Bagley, which he turned down as being too small.
