Continuity mistake: Bret shoots himself under the chin and a hole is blown in his forehead. Moments later when he's on the ground, for a split second, you can see his forehead completely unblemished. (01:03:00)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning when the car is sinking, the left windows on the car are opened, but when the car sinks those windows are closed.
Continuity mistake: When Trevor tries to escape Sage's room through the window, you see a shot of the dead woman on the table with a clean face; when he found her moments earlier, she was covered with blood.
Continuity mistake: The position and angle of the icepick in Sage's head changes a few times throughout the scene when Trevor finds her body.
Continuity mistake: Both times Trevor reads the sheet of paper with Sage's address, it says her house number is 202. When he enters her place, "206" is on her door.
Continuity mistake: When the car plunges into the water in the beginning, it is more or less intact. Yet when it is being pulled from the river at the end by the police, (which wasn't long after it actually happened, because Kirsty is there with a blanket and wet hair) the car is missing its doors and other parts; the crash did not cause the car to be nearly stripped.
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening scene, when the car plunges into the river, you can see the tops of the ramps as it goes over the edge of the bridge.
Continuity mistake: When Trevor walks into Sage's room and sees her dead on the table, her eyes are closed or nearly closed as you can see her lashes lowered. Yet when he goes closer to her, her eyes are suddenly wide open.
