Visible crew/equipment: When Daniel is turning the van, if you look at the window, you can see the reflection of a crane where a camera would be held for bird eye view shots. (00:13:50)
Other mistake: When the kids spray paint the van purple, they somehow paint it in five minutes, and they somehow manage to get not one spot of paint on the windows even though they are outside with a wind because of the moving cars.
Continuity mistake: All throughout the movie the back projection does not match the locations they are at.
Audio problem: When Daniel's wife is complaining, he asks her what she needs (soup, water, a bucket), but his mouth does not move when he says those lines.
Revealing mistake: When Daniel drives the van out the mall windows one window is left unbroken on the left side. All the windows around it are shattered.
Continuity mistake: Tom Arnold gets jelly on the front of his shirt in the Hammerman's store, but afterwards when he is in the van with the other guy, the jelly is gone.
Visible crew/equipment: When Martha the meter maid is being pulled along on a rope behind a car, she is stood up and the bottoms of her shoes are supposedly sliding along the ground. But in some shots the stuntman is wearing roller-blades.
Factual error: After the policeman commandeers the old lady's car he finds out quickly that there are basically no brakes. Later he is doing K-turns, and all different maneuvers that aren't possible using a car without working brakes.
Continuity mistake: The black jeep parked next to Daniel is mysteriously gone when Franklin pulls out. No one leaves the store to drive it away.
Audio problem: When Franklin asks what colour of hairspray would suit him, she pulls the hair removal off his arm and he says "Two cases Bonnie." But he only mouths "Two cases."
Continuity mistake: When the kidnapper stops the car because he doesn't have a licence, they are in a corner, but when he moves again, they are in a completely different place.
Continuity mistake: When Tom Arnold pulls over because he realises he doesn't have his licence, he pulls into the spot and stops. Then it cuts to a shot inside the car and you can see out the window that they are still moving and then come to a stop again.
Visible crew/equipment: When Franklin starts driving right after he pulls over because his wallet is missing, you can see a reflection of the van with all sorts of equipment on it.
