Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Danny grabs the gun to shoot the Leprechaun, he fires only two shots and has to reload but when he opens the gun chamber to reload, you can see that there are no used shells in the chamber.
Other mistake: After the Leprechaun has used the small car with the pitchfork and rammed the pick up truck, it rolls down the hill 3 or 4 times. They have not only managed to all exit the vehicle and hide behind a boulder but have all managed to not receive so much as a single scratch and Jennifer Aniston's hair is still perfectly brushed.
Revealing mistake: Just before the leprauchan claws out the eye from the police officer's corpse, the corpse's eyelid moves.

Continuity mistake: The paint marks on Nathan's right arm change shape.
Continuity mistake: When Tori and Nathan are first in the diner, it is dark outside. When Alex and Ozzie join them in the next diner shot, it is still daylight outside.
