However, in the side-on view of them fighting you can see a new pilot trying desperately to stay out of shot, but failing due to the g-forces he is under while the plane moves around. (01:16:00)

Revealing mistake: When Mrs. Feldman drives the motorbike inside the store to save Tack, the male stuntman is very noticeable.

Revealing mistake: When a guy rides his bike into the swimming pool, he is replaced by an obvious stuntman. Not only because he doesn't resemble the actor, but because of his very obvious wig.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, the two balloons are in the air. As one of them goes down to land, we see a shot with balloons on the ground. In the next shot, one of them is still up and flying.
