After killing almost everyone at the hospital and getting all the babies out safely, Yuen makes it outside. Johnny Wong walks out with a gun to Tony's head. Tony pulls the gun downward and shoots through himself, hitting Wong. Yuen finishes Wong by shooting him in the head. Tony dies and Yuen tosses his cranes out to sea.
