Continuity mistake: When breaking out of the HARP facility, Remo puts a front-end loader in drive and bails off it before it crashes through the electric fence. The loader continues driving forward into the field beyond the fence; the motor is still running and it is still in drive. When Remo runs out, the loader has backed up and is now just outside the fence.
Revealing mistake: During the finale when Remo is hanging off the log on the cable, when he drops to the bottom of the log, the harness cable holding the stuntman to the log is visible.
Continuity mistake: After getting out of the wrecked truck, Chiun had a door handle in his hand. While talking to Remo, and tapping Fleming's wrist to silence her, the handle is nowhere to be seen. In the long shot after saying "Lesson twenty-two, Blessed Silence", he suddenly has it back in his hand and tosses it into the wreckage.
Continuity mistake: While making his way around Grove Industries, Remo is wearing black sneakers. When walking the wire to get away from the dog, the shoes have changed to the the type worn by high wire walkers.
Other mistake: When Remo gouges Stone's eye out in the gas chamber, despite the blood that's present, Remo's hands stay clean.
Continuity mistake: When Remo walks across the wire, he dares the dog to do the same. When the dog does, you can tell he's walking across the top of the wall.
Continuity mistake: The shoes Remo wears look like standard black sneakers when the dog grabs his foot. But when he walks across the wire, the shoes change to a tightrope walker's shoes.
Continuity mistake: As Mac is listening in the CURE office, he's reading through a manual, and his right hand is bare. After a quick cut to the computer screen, the manual is gone and he suddenly has his glove on.
Audio problem: After Chiun says "I can say 'rat droppings'", he drops the can. When it hits the counter, the sound is that of an empty can rather than a full can landing.
Continuity mistake: After the two shots, Remo starts walking and Chiun drops his gun arm. After the angle change, he drops it again.
Continuity mistake: When Chiun fires the first shot, the Rice Krispies box is hit and the Wheaties box turns facing outward. At the second shot, the Wheaties now has the side panel out.
Revealing mistake: As Chiun watches the soap opera, the camera looks at his fingers touching the floor. If you look carefully, the support for the seat he is sitting on is visible behind his right middle finger.
Other mistake: As Remo is standing on top of the car Chiun is in, as the camera is looking at them from the back, just before Remo turns around to duck another car, there is a quick glimpse of another person outside the car looking at Chiun, and then he ducks out of camera range.
Continuity mistake: As Remo hangs from the bottom or the car Chiun is in, in the long shot, Remo starts to climb up. A second later, he's hanging under, and starts to climb again.
Continuity mistake: When Remo walks away from the wrecked jeep, the ground is fairly undisturbed. When he tosses the burning branch, there is now a obvious ditch filled with fuel that leads to the jeep.
Revealing mistake: Remo picks a dry branch off a bush and rubs it to start a fire. When the angle changes, the branch has been dipped in a burnable liquid and easily lights up.
Continuity mistake: When Remo pokes out Stone's eyes, there's blood on his hand. A second later, it's clean.
Audio problem: After Chiun gets all of the rings on the bottles, you can see that they have all settled, yet you keep hearing the sound of them still settling through the rest of the scene.
Continuity mistake: As Remo is running on the beach, Chiun says "float", and Remo comes off the ground, and is running in air. After Mac comes up, the camera looks at Remo and his feet are back on the ground, kicking up dirt, rather than in air.
Factual error: About an hour into the movie, while Remo is choking the guy in the car,a meter maid comes up and threatens to hit him with her nightstick. Meter maids in NYC don't carry nightsticks or any other weapons. They barely want them to carry pens. Also, she's repeatedly called officer, they aren't officers either.
