Corrected entry: When Tommy is thrown through the mirror and lands in the pool, he completely submerges. Yet his hair is dry when he begins to swim.
Corrected entry: At the end of the Christmas scene, the camera zooms in on little Tommy's eyes. They are brown. Next we see the face of the grown up Tommy. His eyes are now blue.
Correction: Many people's eyes change color as they age.
Continuity mistake: During "Eyesight to the Blind," The Preacher's guitar changes from a red Les Paul to a black Stratocaster. It's not blatantly obvious, but easy enough to spot without slow-mo. (00:26:33 - 00:30:02)

Trivia: While filming "Champagne," Ann-Margret gashed her arm on a piece of broken glass. The cut required 24 stitches to close.
