Lolita: I was a daisy fresh girl and look what you've done to me.
Trivia: In all the scenes where Jeremy Irons and Dominique Swain had physical contact, Jeremy Irons had to wear a pillow on his lap since Swain was underage at the time of filming.
Question: When Lolita enters Humbert's room for the very first time, she asks him if she's getting a zit. According to Google, zit was used to define a pimple circa 1966. The movie takes place in 1947. Was the slang used back then?
