Continuity mistake: When Loretta Lynn is at the radio station asking why the disc jockey had lied to them about playing her record, you see the picture of her that they took at home. It is a completely different pose than the one that you saw them take a couple of scenes earlier. She is looking in a different direction and she is not smiling as much as she was when they took it.

10/10.Possibly one of the best biographical movies ever made.Sissy Spacek shows her great acting range here. She's superb as Loretta Lynn, her singing's pretty good.I definitely thought I was seeing Loretta Lynn. She's one of the best actresses of all time, deserved the Oscar she won for this movie. If anything else this is one of the only biographical movies I've seen and liked.Watch it for yourselves, you might like it, I sure did.
Loretta Lynn: Dadgum it, Doo! You never ask me nothing! You just say, "Hey baby, here's the deal, take it or leave it." Well, it's drivin' me crazy, Doo.
Doolittle Lynn: Well, hell, then let's go up to the house, call a lawyer and get a divorce. I'm tired of this bullshit.
Loretta Lynn: I don't want no divorce! I just want the dadgum bedroom in the back of the house.
