Factual error: Curly Joe asks the bartender for a Coke. John Pemberton created Coca-Cola in 1886. The movie is set in 1871.

Factual error: In a scene set in 1871, several newspaper articles get printed on Moe's face as he falls onto a printing press. Curly Joe reads that "AT&T is splitting two for one." American Telephone and Telegraph Company was founded in 1885.

Continuity mistake: When Annie Oakley begins shooting at Wild Bill Hickok, he falls backward into a trough of wet cement. Annie then fights with Belle Starr and knocks her into the vat of cement. Belle lands face down on top of Hickok. After a brief shot of onlookers, Hickok is now lying face down with Belle still on top of him.
