Continuity mistake: Cassie is doing CPR on O'Neil and his head is facing upwards. Shot changes when a paramedic arrives and places a bag on the floor. Then for a brief moment O'neil is facing sideways. Shot changes to the first angle with him facing upwards and now the paramedic bag is gone.
Factual error: Though the movie is set in 2003, in the subway, there's a guy playing with a PSP, which didn't come out until December 2004.
Deliberate mistake: When the girls take out the Pepsis, the bottles keep turning around between shots so the logo is always facing the camera.
Continuity mistake: When Amaria tells Ezekiel about how her surveillance is going, her right arm is raised. A shot later, it's lowered.
