The Barbies manage to distract all the Kens with infighting, preventing "Kendom" from coming to pass. The Kens learn to accept themselves as having self-worth beyond being "and Ken", realising they're enough as they are. The Barbies recognise their world needed some change, and grant Kens some lower-tier positions, with the narrator telling us "one day the Kens will have as much power and influence in Barbieland as women have in the real world." Gloria suggests a "normal Barbie" to Mattel's CEO, who rejects the idea before being told it will earn them money. Barbie has become increasingly unsure of her place in the world, and realises she wants to become human, joining the real world and joyfully making an appointment with a gynaecologist.
