Continuity mistake: After old Barry has failed trying to go through the wall, young Barry is lying on the floor trying to stand up. His position keeps changing in every shot from frame to frame: sometimes he leans on his left side, then suddenly on the right, and sometimes he leans on his back. (00:45:12)
Continuity mistake: When Old-Barry is reading Bruce Wayne's memo, the handle of the mug points in a 12 o'clock direction. In the aerial angle, it points in a 3 o'clock direction. (01:13:00)
Continuity mistake: When Kara flies upwards holding Barry, she turns her head towards him. From a side angle, her hair is motionless despite the wind and speed. The angle changes to a front shot, and now her hair flutters wildly. (01:36:13)
Continuity mistake: When Old Barry is about to fight Dark Flash, Young Barry suddenly appears and Old Barry turns his head to our left and stares at him. However, a mere frame later, he is facing ahead. If you watch closely, his head is turning the opposite way, from right to left. (02:01:13)
Continuity mistake: Outside the court, Iris tells Barry he should ask her out for dinner, while her scarf flutters and covers her coat's left lapel. A shot later from a different angle, her scarf lies neatly on her blouse, under the lapel. (02:12:13)
Continuity mistake: At the Russian lab, Flash stops a bullet from hitting Barry by tilting his head to our right. A shot later, not only is his head not tilted, but Flash's right hand swaps from resting on Barry's shoulder to grabbing his arm. Also, when the bullet flies by, Flash's left hand is suddenly lowered.
Continuity mistake: During the post-credits scene, after Arthur falls on the puddle, there's a leaf on the pavement in front. When he turns around begging for beer, the leaf disappears, only to reappear a shot later.
Continuity mistake: The Flash arrives at the past and sees his mom holding a glass of wine with her right hand. An instant cut later, she holds it with her left hand.
Continuity mistake: Barry is ordering at the café, and a man with a beard and a man bun walks behind him. An instant cut later, he's already on the other end of the counter. Too fast. Also, the people standing or sitting behind the counter are not continuous between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the Soviet bunker, Batman hooks a soldier taking cover at a distance. In the next shot he's suddenly closer and in range to kick him.
Continuity mistake: When Young Flash agonises, he is handed a teddy bear whose face is visible. An instant cut later, the teddy bear has turned around. Then, yet a shot later, it's turned again and you can now see his face.
Continuity mistake: When Young Flash is dying, Old holds him in his arms, both bodies next to each other. After Dark Flash vanishes, from the opposite shot of Old Flash he is not holding anyone, just mimicking as if he were. You can see through the gap between his arm and body. A shot later Young Flash reappears.
Continuity mistake: When Old Barry shows Young Barry how the ring works, his grip changes between shots, with his thumb covering the hole or not.
Continuity mistake: The way Young Barry holds the broccoli when feeding Old Barry changes between instant cuts.
Continuity mistake: Young Barry grabs the peanut butter and a spoon. Shot changes and now he has a broccoli in his hand, and the spoon is nowhere to be seen. After Old Barry eats the broccoli, we don't see Young's hand for a mere two seconds, and now the broccoli has vanished, and he holds the spoon instead.
