Continuity mistake: After Andi's mic-drop moment interrupting Miles ' speech, Claire runs after her. Birdie is biting her fingernail, with a different position in close-up (her other fingers are up in the wider angle, lowered to let you get a better view of Kate Hudson later). (00:36:25)

Continuity mistake: Benoit Blanc chokes on the tamales, which turn out to be spiced up by Jeremy Renner 's hot sauce. He picks a bottle and, still coughing, walks up to Miles. As Miles says "pick your poison", you can see there's no bottle in his right hand, but it is back in the reverse shot. (00:41:00)

Continuity mistake: Miles gives Andi her glass; meanwhile in the background, Claire calls his attention. You can see she is holding her Pinot in her right hand, but the glass switches hand at the cut. (00:41:20)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Miles shows Birdie the Hummel figurine that acts as override button for the Mona Lisa, her grip on the tropical cocktail changes between shots. (00:42:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Peg nearly drops the glass statue as she observes the override button for the Mona Lisa, she fumbles in different ways between shots; the close-up begins with her left hand practically tucked under her armpit. (00:42:20)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Miles starts telling Blanc about Klear with a K, there's a close-up of Claire staring into space. The glass is held up higher in close-up, she already dropped it lower before the cut. Even more obvious a few moments later when the same angle is recycled after Lionel causes a loud noise. (00:44:20)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: The first time Lionel confronts Miles about Klear's safety and his involvement, Miles interrupts him pointing his finger at him; it's the palm of both hands in the next shot, and again the single finger when it cuts back to the earlier angle. (00:44:45)

Audio problem: Lionel learns that the whole Glass Onion runs on the dangerous power source. He tries to quit, but Miles puts a hand on his shoulder and says "Bro, you are not getting out." Edward Norton's lip movement does not match the sentence. (00:45:20)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the dinner, during Miles' reminder that a murder will be committed, the movements of the guests don't match from cut to cut despite Miles speaking continuosly (for instance, Lionel in close-up strokes his beard and yet in the next shot he isn't and puts a drink down, and same for Birdie, etc). (00:45:50)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: In the reveal of the crime that hasn't been committed yet, Blanc points at the table to show the trajectory of the dart. Claire suddenly stands from her seat, but she is back sitting properly a moment later. (00:48:05)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: After claiming his iPad, Blanc cautions Miles that "for at least one person on this island, this is not a game." His grip on the top of the chair changes between shots. (00:52:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Lionel and Duke are looking at his phone. Birdie walks behind them saying, "Thank God for Benoit Blanc." She passes the same spot twice, Lionel each time holding the rim of the glass in a different way. (00:53:50)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Duke tells the others that he is leaving the next day. His girlfriend, on all fours, seems to complain. Duke makes a weird noise, and then in the shot from the top he says that she can stay. However, his grip on the glass is different. (00:54:00)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Addressing "the elephant in the room", Claire springs up from the couch and flailing her arms she shouts "Nothing about any of this is fair." Notice in this full view of the room that her jacket is off the pillow it was resting on in the closer angle. (00:54:45)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Andi leaves after Duke's words. He walks down the steps, and Birdie looks at him, drink in hand. Depending on the shot, the left hand isn't or is on the straw. And a moment later Miles and Blanc join back the crowd, and her hands switched place, drink supported by the left and right hand on the straw. (00:56:55)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Claire drunk-staggers down the steps after Andi left the party, she holds chips in her hand, or does not, depending on the camera angle. (00:57:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Miles seems to have pep talked his friends into staying for the rest of the weekend after the momentary crisis brought by the premature end of the murder mystery. He says "You're staying" to Lionel, who is holding his glass with both hands, then suddenly with one hand, the other hand being on his knee. (00:58:25)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Miles fixes himself a drink saying "fake it till you make it." He then joins the others, but look at Birdie Jay and her assistant; completely different poses between shots - Kate Hudson is even dancing with and then without her massive glass. (00:58:40)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Duke falls back on the glass table and spasms. His left hand is on top of the right one, but as he rolls over the hand switched place. (00:59:50)

Factual error: A major plot point revolves around the fact that the police and medical staff can't reach the island because the "Pisceshite" dock is non-buoyant and they need to wait for the low tide. While we do not know exactly where the fictional island is, other than the fact that it's 2 hours off the coast of Greece and Blanc mentions (correcting Miles Bron) that it's in the Aegean sea and not the Ionian sea, it's fair to say that the tides in that area of the Mediterranean are negligible, not reaching even a meter in very selected spots, and averaging at mere centimeters. It's nothing that would impede navigation and police or medical team to arrive. (01:02:30)

Benoit Blanc: You dimwitted... brainless... JACKASS! Your one murder with any panache at all, and you stole the whole idea from me.

Trivia: Miles Bron's dining room features several paintings, from the most famous painting in the world the Mona Lisa to others, sometimes with garish self-insertions of Miles himself. One of the paintings is Mark Rothko's Number 207 (Red over Dark Blue on Dark Gray), which Rian Johnson explicitly asked to hang upside down - a hint to the fact that Miles is kinda clueless.
