Continuity mistake: When Guilou hands Celine the bouquet of flowers while sitting at the bench, Celine has her arm over the back of the bench. In the shot of him handing the flowers to her, Celine has the part of her arm not placed over the bench, pointed downwards. Continuity mistake: After Guilou has handed Celine the flowers, when he begins saying "Do you remember that Monday...", the flowers in Celine's hand are held at an upright angle, but in the next shot, the flowers are suddenly at a tilted angle. (00:46:20)
Continuity mistake: When Guilou is saying "Josette was always after me, even in church after Mass", his forearm is placed over the back of the bench. When the shot cuts, his forearm is away from the back of the bench and his upper arm is leaning against it. (00:46:48)
Continuity mistake: Whilst speaking with Guilou, in the shot where Celine says "Has the presbytery lost none of its charm", her left hand is pointed straight forward, but at a slightly downward angle. The shot cuts to focus on Guilou and her hand never changes position, but when it cuts back to focus on Celine, her left hand is pointed completely downwards. (00:46:55)
Continuity mistake: When Celine is speaking with her friends, just as she says "Violins" and starts mining a violin, the arm of the man with a blue jumper can be seen entering the frame to the left of shot. He is shown picking up his glass and reaching for a cigarette. The camera then changes angles to the other side of the table and he is suddenly holding onto the glass again. (00:54:00)
Continuity mistake: Whilst hanging out with her friends, just as the guy sitting next to her says "Nobody cares about your American" and Celine says "You will when you see her", to the left of the frame, the man in the blue jumper can be seen with his hands placed on the table, fiddling around. In the next shot, his hands are suddenly raised, drinking from a glass from a straw. (00:57:15)
Continuity mistake: When Celine says "So have I, not like this lot" while sitting at the table with her friends, there is a woman with short red hair sitting on her right. The woman is wearing a necklace, and the chain on the necklace changes position between shots. (00:57:45)

Continuity mistake: When Celine is speaking with the showgirl in the dressing room, just as she turns to face the mirror and asks "Do you think it's a joke", take note of the head scarf she is wearing. The part of the scarf fabric that is laid over her upper back is folded differently when the shot cuts. (01:08:15)
Continuity mistake: In the dressing room, when Julie tells Celine's friend that she is her American cousin, there is a shot focusing on the mirror where Celine lowers her hand away from her face. When the shot cuts, her hand is suddenly raised to her face again. (01:08:34)
Continuity mistake: When Julie tells Celine she remembers nothing after throwing the wine glass, Celine's hair is mostly straight. It then cuts to a closer shot of Celine where the tips of her hair are suddenly bent. (01:09:00)
Continuity mistake: When Julie is taking the dolls out of the toy chest, after taking out the baby with short hair and a white vest, it's right arm is raised. Then it cuts to a closer shot of Julie, where the doll's arm is suddenly lowered. Then raised again when the shot cuts. (01:22:58)
Continuity mistake: When Julie is hanging up the dolls at the bottom of the chalkboard, the photo of Guilou is tucked into the left-hand side of the chalkboard and is rotated at a 90 degree angle.
