Other mistake: A SWAT team member and Chief Connelly had their heads tilted back and their eyes angled upward as far as possible when looking at the damaged 4th floor on the building across the street. Given the distance between the buildings and relative height of the 4th floor, they would not need to be looking straight up. When they were looking at the explosion on the 10th floor, they had their heads tilted back and eyes angled upward just like when they were looking at the 4th floor explosion. (01:10:03 - 01:20:54)
Other mistake: Two bombs went off in the building at different times, causing explosions that blew through windows on the fourth and tenth floors, but no fire trucks ever came and the fires apparently self-extinguished. Other mistake: A sniper in a building across the street had his rifle's scope aimed at Orlando's head. Reed came into the room with his gun drawn and walked behind Orlando to reach Ava. The Captor saw Reed via video surveillance and told him to leave. The sniper should have seen Reed but somehow did not. (01:12:12 - 01:13:46)
