The World is Not Enough

Audio problem: When Bond is sliding on the chains after Renard has activated the bomb at the test site he shouts, "Slam the door. Close it." The second part of what he says doesn't quite match his mouth's movements. (01:04:20)

Audio problem: When Bond arrives at the King Industries place, where he meets Elektra King, watch the man he talks to when he gets out of his car. It is painfully obvious that the man's mouth is not in sync with what he is saying. Even worse, the voice is not even his. It is slightly higher pitched than the man's real voice when he finally talks right.

Audio problem: The first line the banker says does not match his mouth.

Audio problem: In the scene where Reynard and his men are stealing the warhead, Bond jumps and dives through some blast doors as they are closing. While flying though the air, it is seen that he fires a shot. However, you never hear the blast. The flash of the barrel is easily seen, and it is obvious that he is not using a silencer from previous moments of that scene. He shoots, but you don't hear it.

Quantom X

Audio problem: In the village in Azerbaijan, Bond tells Elektra she might be in danger and she laughs, telling him "I have something I want to show you" as she walks away in a long-shot. It's obvious this line was dubbed in during post-production - there's a very sudden, very noticeable drop in background noise and her mouth (although it's hard to tell from a distance) doesn't seem to move with the words.

Shay

Factual error: At the beginning of the film, with the boat chase down the River Thames, Bond manages to get from the Vauxhall HQ of MI6 to Docklands in a remarkably short time. To travel the distance in the time that it takes him, you would need to be going at about 700 mph.

Trivia: Apparently, there was a line at the end of the intro sequence which was cut from the final release. Among the people turning up to rescue Bond is M, who takes one look at him and says, "Well, at least the Millennium Dome has some use."

Question: Why does that woman commit suicide at the beginning? Who is it she is scared of and why?

Answer: She's afraid of Renard. She's apparently of the opinion that, if she allowed herself to be captured, that he would still be able to get to her regardless and would undoubtedly be deeply unhappy that she had allowed herself to be caught. She apparently feels that suicide is a preferable option to whatever he might do to her.
