Continuity mistake: When the waitress asks Van Damme if he's got money to pay for the food, the position of her left arm and hands keeps changing between angles (bent, raised, lowered).

Continuity mistake: When the huge truck is pushing the prison bus towards the cliff with Luc on top, Luc disappears in the wide angles, and magically appears in the close-ups.

Continuity mistake: A guy lands on the pool table and covers up all the balls with his body. Therefore the close-up where a bunch of balls come out of nowhere and get inside the hole is senseless (well, the entire movie is, but you know what I mean).

Continuity mistake: When Luc Deveraux and Veronica Roberts are on the prison bus and Andrew Scott is chasing them on the truck/base of operations Andrew starts throwing hand grenades. Andrew throws one that lands inside the bus. Veronica has time to fumble around for it, pick it up, scream about it and throw it out of the window before it explodes. The rest of the grenades that Andrew throws explode in a couple of seconds like they are supposed to. (01:17:20)
