Audio problem: When Neil is being guided around the Freeport area, just after he says the documents are vulnerable to water damage from the sprinkler systems, the Freeport worker tells him they don't use sprinkler systems. The worker then says to him "The facility is flooded with halide gas", but in the shot where he is heard saying "halide gas", his lips do not match up with the audio heard coming from his mouth. Factual error: Oslo Airport - Neil is talking to the Protagonist on the bus. An American Airlines Boeing 737 can be seen behind the Protagonist. AA have never served Oslo, and if they ever were to, it wouldn't be in a 737. (00:37:08)
Visible crew/equipment: When Mahir and his partner get on the plane, and they put the guards to sleep with chloroform on the face in the scene of the crash, the shadow of the camera entering the aircraft can be seen on the right side of the screen next to the airplane's entrance. (00:39:27)
Revealing mistake: When the Protagonist and Neil are walking through the Freeport area whilst the plane is being hijacked, just after the worker fills in the numbers on a keypad and opens the door to the vault, he walks through and is followed by Neil. The Protagonist is shown holding a small cup of espresso and briefly looks around before walking in with them. The interior of the cup can be seen when he does this, and there is no liquid inside of it. (00:40:12)
Continuity mistake: The emergency slides on the 747 that the team use to kick out the pilots disappear after they are deployed. Certainly they would be visible when the plane crashes into the building. (00:41:15)
Continuity mistake: Just before the plane is about to crash into the Freeport, there is a shot of Mahir climbing down an emergency ladder, but when it cuts to a wide shot of the plane headed towards the building, Mahir has suddenly disappeared from the ladder. (00:42:10)
Continuity mistake: When the Protagonist and Neil are standing in the hallway after averting the halide gas, Neil says "There's someone in here with us", and is shown standing right next to a wall when he says this. In the next shot, he is suddenly standing next to a bend in the wall. (00:44:05)
Continuity mistake: When the Protagonist and Neil walk into the two rooms with the turnstile in the Oslo Freeport, just after the Protagonist tells Neil not to touch the bullet holes in the window, Neil asks "What the hell happened here." At this point, his head is turned about 90° to the right. In the next shot, his head is turned more forwards and much less to the right. (00:44:50)
Audio problem: When the Protagonist and Priya are talking whilst walking down a street in Mumbai, just before the scene ends, Priya says "Sator's helping. You have to find out how", but her mouth doesn't move along with the line. (00:50:55)
Continuity mistake: Whilst the Protagonist, Sator and Kat are riding in Sator's yacht, Sator asks the Protagonist "What do you know about opera", and the Protagonist is shown facing forwards. The Protagonist then answers Sator's question and he suddenly has his head turned 180° to face Sator. (00:57:23)
Continuity mistake: In the yacht when Kat hides from Andrei in the protagonist's room her right arm is over her chest or not, depending on the shot. (00:59:58)
Continuity mistake: When the Protagonist walks into Sator's office, a doctor is shown checking his blood pressure and is then ordered to leave. In one shot, the doctor is shown walking past the Protagonist, but in the next shot, the doctor is shown walking past the Protagonist a second time. (01:00:40)
Continuity mistake: When Sator confronts Kat in her bedroom, he begins to unbuckle his belt. He is first shown with both hands beginning to unbuckle the belt near the front of his trousers, but when the shot cuts, his right hand is suddenly shown pulling the belt out of the belt loops on the right hand side of the trousers. (01:03:25)
Continuity mistake: When Andrei is about to beat Kat with a belt, he throws cushions at her. One lands right next to her head, but disappears a shot later. (01:03:45)
Continuity mistake: While Kat is seated on her bed on board of the yacht in her bedroom and then Sator comes in to throw her a pillow, this one bounces on the bed and falls on the floor. After two shots, the pillow is inexplicably on the bed above two other pillows next to Kat. (01:03:48)
Continuity mistake: Just after the Protagonist has obtained the case containing the Plutonium-241 and is back in the car with Neil, he opens the case and his right hand is shown placed on top of it. It then cuts to a different angle and his right hand is suddenly touching the Plutonium-241. (01:18:09)
Continuity mistake: When the Protagonist and Neil first see the inverted vehicle driving backwards towards them, there is a bridge (with an Alexela sign) shown in front of them and just ahead of the bridge is a gas station shown to the right of shot. It then cuts back to the Protagonist and Neil, where Neil asks "The hell is that?" and when it cuts back to outside the windscreen again, the bridge (with the Alexela sign) and the gas station are no longer visible, presumably having driven past them. It then cuts to a shot focusing on the Protagonist, and when the shot cuts back to the inverted vehicle bumping into the wing mirror, they are suddenly behind the bridge and gas station again and are yet to drive past it. Continuity mistake: When the Protagonist and Neil are driving away from the inverted vehicle, there is a shot where the Protagonist is shown looking forwards out of the front windshield, but when the camera changes angles, he is suddenly looking to the right to face the inverted vehicle. (01:19:23)
Continuity mistake: In the highway chase scene where Sator reaches the Protagonist threatening to shoot Kat if he doesn't give him the case with the Plutonium-241, he lowers the window, but when he's watching the inverted car overturned which is going to get up and move backwards, the window is closed. Then when he's going to give the case to Sator, the window is lowered again. (01:19:52)
Other mistake: When the protagonist is making the exchange via the BMW and tries to slip the Algorithm into the passing car (himself), the window of the car is up, so there's no way he could have thrown it in. (01:19:55 - 01:33:55)
