Continuity mistake: When Elisabeth is begging Carl not to have her taken away, she wraps her arms around his legs. Another doctor runs into the room and begins to pull her off him. In the shot of her saying "I could be her sister", she has both arms wrapped around his legs. The camera then cuts to a closer shot of Elisabeth, and her arms are suddenly off his legs. (00:26:10)

Continuity mistake: When Carl returns to his office and realises Elisabeth has read the medical report, in the shot of him sitting back down in his chair, the report folder briefly disappears from his desk for one shot, before reappearing in the next shot. (00:24:35)

In the shot of her standing from her chair and reaching over to the desk, there is no pen beside the folder. When she picks up the report in the next shot, a pen has suddenly appeared next to it. Continuity mistake: After Elisabeth sees the drawing that Carl's daughter made, she asks "Did your daughter paint that" and the shot cuts to Carl looking toward her. In this shot, he is leaning against the desk as he is writing in the report. A few seconds later, he asks why she thinks she is there, sitting in the same position. He doesn't move when the camera cuts to Elisabeth, but he is suddenly leaning to the right when it cuts back. (00:22:26)

Continuity mistake: When Elisabeth sits down in the chair in Carl's office, hair can be seen going over her shoulders In the shot of her looking at Carl after sitting down, a lot of hair can be seen over the top of her right shoulder. The camera cuts to a side view and there is suddenly much less hair on top of her right shoulder. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: When Elisabeth walks into Carl's office, he is looking through her file. He is shown taking a page on the right-hand side, and begins to turn it over. When the camera changes angles, he has suddenly finished turning the page in the opposite direction. (00:21:20)

Continuity mistake: Whilst the doctors are trying to get Elisabeth into the van, one of them injects her to get her to relax. When this happens, her arm is lowered. But in the next shot, her forearm is suddenly raised. (00:17:46)

Continuity mistake: Elisabeth meets up with a large group of women in preparation for Hitler's arrival. When she stops, a woman adjusts her collar. In the wide shot, her left hand is positioned so that her thumb is placed on the front side of the collar, and her fingers on the bottom side. But in the next shot, her left hand is now positioned so that her thumb is on the bottom side of the collar and her fingers on the front side. (00:10:23)

Continuity mistake: When Kurt is talking about all the people he misses, whilst he says "He always comes to me when I call his name", Kurt is looking straight forward. When the shot cuts, he is suddenly looking at Elisabeth. (00:06:08)
