Plot hole: Kate goes to Tom's flat (the scene where they sit on the floor, she shows him her scar, and then he puts her on the bed). But as she obviously doesn't have a key to his flat and he (spoiler alert) isn't really there, she would not have been able to get into the flat.

Mistakes

Factual error: Kate would have been 12 years old when her family left their homeland. But as an adult, when he speaks what should be her native language (she would have been speaking it with her family since she could talk, and gone to school in for 6+ years by then), she has a thick English accent, even though it should still be fluent and accent-free.
