Continuity mistake: Alfred interrupts Bruce's chat with Selina at the party with the news that Bane has abducted a child. He says "Ringing your phone now" by pressing a button on a keypad that was not there in the overhead shot. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: Bruce and Selina sneak away from the party while Bruce's neglected childhood friend fetches the drink. The bottles on the shelves behind the counter change between shots when he goes "Seriously? Both of them?" It's like a portion of the leftmost shelf has been sliced off for the close-up. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: In the establishing shot in front of "Dupree Chemical Co", most police cars are facing away from the factory, while in the following shot we see the two by the entrance facing towards it. It keeps switching back and forth during the scene. (00:05:35)
Continuity mistake: Batman neutralizes Bane's good guarding young Edward, and kicks him forward, off screen. When Bane shows up full of rage and roids, the villain is by the chair. (00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: Bane raises a right fist to pummel Batman next to the railing after he freed Edward, but he hits said railing, deforming it, with the left. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: In his fight with Bane, Batman judo-throws him on the floor and lifts his foot to stomp him. From the position of Bane and his raised open legs, it's quite obvious that he's about to whomp him in the nuts, but Bane in the following shot grabs Batman's foot that is stepping on his throat. (00:07:10)
Continuity mistake: Bane collapses with his arms spread out, but when Edward lays a vengeful foot on him, the arms are close to his body. (00:08:15)
Continuity mistake: Once Lady Shiva announces herself to Batman while he is by Bane's unconscious body, Batman turns and holds up a Batarang and stands slightly sideways ready for assault. Once he relaxes, he lowers his arms and straightens up, however is still standing slightly sideways and not completely straight with his head. But then it cuts to a side angle from a distance and now Batman is suddenly standing completely straight with his head and body lined up facing the same direction completely. (00:08:58)
Continuity mistake: Batman falls on the ground; his arms and head are in the cone of light of a street lamp. When he is shown again a moment later, the light is on his legs. (00:11:15)
Continuity mistake: Catwoman jumps down to protect the unconscious Batman from some street thugs and threatens them. She lifts up her and and extends her claws in a close up. When the camera changes to a higher angle, suddenly this same hand is down on the ground supporting her. (00:12:19)
Continuity mistake: After chasing away the three stooges who were trying to kill an unconscious Batman, Catwoman and Batgirl are on their own in the alley. Random debris appears by the sidewalk and changes position. Also, given the position they are in when they fight, they should be stepping over Bruce Wayne's comatose carcass all the way through their exchanges. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: After her brief scuffle with Batgirl, Catwoman heads off and jumps down into Poison ivy's lair. When she lands her left hand is folded to the front of her body where she's gripping her whip that's wrapped around her torso. The angle cuts to a distance shot and now suddenly she's got both hands on her hips. (00:14:02)
Continuity mistake: Poison Ivy goes (literally) "WTF?" when the lights are switched off. We as viewers can perfectly see the scene, and the bag in front of her; in the next shot it's already in the hands of Hush and the plant it was resting on has disappeared. (00:15:15)
Continuity mistake: After Bruce gets out of the hospital, he is working on something in the cave and Alfred is trying to tell him he needs more bed rest. When that doesn't work, Alfred says he knows better than to try and dissuade him. It cuts then to a close up of Bruce before he speaks, and suddenly his hair line changes very noticeably. Especially the areas above his side burns at the bangs which the gaps get nearly twice as large. (00:18:17)
Continuity mistake: Bane drops from the ceiling of the abandoned greenhouse and begins advancing towards Catwoman. In the side view you can see that the metal boxes (air conditioners or something like that) are quite distant from him and he walked past, but 2 shots later he comfortably reaches them with his arm without moving and rips one off throwing it at Selina. (00:20:40)
Continuity mistake: When Bane gets pulled out of the greenhouse, the building's back windows are cracked differently between shots (the inner arcs on the window are smashed leaving big chunks of sharp glass in different parts of the curve). (00:21:10)
Continuity mistake: Batman beats up Ivy's minions in a bar. Smashes one's head on the pool table, and several balls are seen. Once he walks away from the table, no balls are on it anymore. (00:23:05)
Continuity mistake: Batman enters Lex Luthor's room at night while he's sleeping, and completely casts a shadow over Lex. This wakes Lex up and he sits up. Batman has not moved from his position, but now in the next shots he is no longer casting a shadow on Lex's bed or body. (00:24:47)
Continuity mistake: Catwoman gets slapped by a big vine from Poison Ivy for "faking it." In the crotch shot she is landing with her body more elevated than in the reverse shot, where she is almost parallel to the floor. (00:26:35)
Continuity mistake: Bruce gives Selina the flower bunch prepared by Alfred. She takes it and holds it with the right hand above the left. Next shot and it's the opposite. (00:36:25)
