Visible crew/equipment: During the fight between the Rippers and the guards at Water and Power, you can see the stunt wire attached to one of the Rippers.
Continuity mistake: When Rebecca makes her boyfriend strip, you can see the gun's laser on his hand before she comes around a corner and points the gun at him.
Continuity mistake: When Lori is shoved down the pipe, check out the close-ups as she slides down. At least twice she has one blue eye and one green eye - though her eyes are blue in every other scene.
Audio problem: When Rebecca is filling up her tank gun with beers, you hear her voice but her mouth doesn't move.
Visible crew/equipment: After the fight between Water and Power and the reapers, once Tank girl lights her stick on the flare stuck in the corpse's mouth, an ordinary car can be seen slowly moving about in the background for a brief moment.
Continuity mistake: The Tank alternates between having a silver machine gun to not having one, to having an Uzi 9mm, to having a 40 caliber.
Continuity mistake: Lori had two stolen tanks to convert - a Russian T-55 and a PT-76. The outcome of this conversion is a M3 Stuart with a turret from something bigger - Sherman Firefly or M60. Better than McGyver.
Plot hole: All of Keslee's troops are spit and polish with nice uniforms, holsters and boots. But in the scene where Becca is pulled out of the pipe, one of them just happens to have a pistol in his belt for Keslee to grab and threaten Becca with. Very convenient.
Continuity mistake: When Rebecca is lowered into the pipe, the cut on her forehead has no bandages. When brought out, she has two bandages on the cut.
Continuity mistake: When first shown, the converted tank has a red ball with Curly Howard's face on it. When attacking the WP truck later, the ball is yellow.
Other mistake: The first time Rebecca gets Keslee's arm stuck, he wipes his head with his hand, but she goes to punch him, her hand passes through the hologram. His hand should have gone through as well. Also, when she shoots the bucket at the end, it dumps water on him, and he coughs, though the water shouldn't have bothered him.
Continuity mistake: As Kesslee pops off the cup portion of the collector, a goodly amount of water falls out. When he holds the cup up, there's more water than there should have been.
Continuity mistake: As the water is drained out of the man on the floor, you see Kesslee's feet have shoes on. After he gives an assignment to Sgt. Small, he has bare feet without taking off his shoes.
