Visible crew/equipment: After the fight between Water and Power and the reapers, once Tank girl lights her stick on the flare stuck in the corpse's mouth, an ordinary car can be seen slowly moving about in the background for a brief moment.
Continuity mistake: When Lori is shoved down the pipe, check out the close-ups as she slides down. At least twice she has one blue eye and one green eye - though her eyes are blue in every other scene.
