Continuity mistake: When Richard finds the blood trail at the bottom of the cliffside wall, he points his flashlight at it and begins to point it upwards. In the first shot, he is shown holding the flash light with his left hand near the top, but when the shot cuts, he is suddenly holding it in his right hand near the middle. (00:38:15)
Continuity mistake: Just after Richard pushes Jen off the cliff, Richard, Stan and Dimitri are shown looking over the edge all standing side by side. The camera changes angles and Richard and Stan are suddenly further apart by a couple of feet. (00:27:40)

Continuity mistake: When Jen is talking with Richard and his friends at night, she says as soon as she can, she'll fly far away. The shot then cuts to Stan and she suddenly has her hand by her face. The shot cuts back to Jen where her hand is off her face, then back to Stan where her hand is by her face again. (00:09:45)
Continuity mistake: When Richard starts chasing Jen through the hallway after realising she noticed his trail of blood, there is a shot where we can see the shotgun wound on the left-hand side of Richard's stomach. Continuity mistake: Just after Richard gets off the phone with Roberto, the back of his hair is sticking up. When the shot cuts, his hair is pressed down. Continuity mistake: When Stan gets out of the lake after finding Dimitri's body, his vest and trousers are drenched in water. In the next shot, when he is running back to the SUV, his clothes are significantly less wet. (01:00:05)
Continuity mistake: After Jen has left the cave, there is a shot of the camera panning around her body, panning from her feet to her head. At the end of this shot, there is no hair over the front of her face. When the shot cuts, there are a few strands of hair over the front of her face. (01:09:10)
Continuity mistake: When Richard drives away from Stan to search the mountains, the map that they were looking at is unfolded. Stan then picks up the map and it is folded. (01:11:55)
Revealing mistake: When Dimitri pushes Jen to the ground after she tries to shoot him, in the shot after she lands on the ground, a pair of trousers can be seen on her legs. Jen is not supposed to be wearing trousers in this scene, so these are presumably protective trousers used for the stunt. (00:44:35)
Continuity mistake: When Jen is pointing the shotgun at Dimitri, there is a light from the four-wheeler cast on her face. In the shot of her pulling the trigger, the lighting is relatively dim. The shot then cuts to Dimitri, back when it cuts back to Jen, the lighting is a lot brighter. (00:44:30)
