Continuity mistake: While racing through a parking complex to get to his daughter at the hospital, Lin ramps out of the exit and hits the font of his car on the ground leaving some damage, and even a part of the bumper hanging off. However in subsequent shots, the vehicle is undamaged. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: Saving Dr. James from Andre, Lin smashes his car against Andre and pins him to a truck. In the shot through the windshield, Andre's head comes to rest on his right arm, but when it cuts to a different angle, suddenly his right arm is stretched out above his head along the hood towards the windshield. (00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: The woman in black kicks Lin through a glass frame when they are fighting on the stage. When the camera changes angles to show the woman about to step through, the shape of how the glass at the top changes. (00:51:25)
Continuity mistake: As Lin and the Woman in Black are fighting on the side of the fin shaped building and hanging off the side, the close ups show that they are in direct sunlight. But in the shot where Lin is tumbling after the Woman cuts the line he's holding, that side of the building is now in shadows with the sun shining from the other side. Then in the following close ups they are back in direct sunlight again. (00:54:40)
Continuity mistake: The Woman in Black cuts the cable that Lin is trying to swing from and he starts to slide down the slope of the building with the piece of the cable sliding along side him. In the first shot the part of the cable that is highest up is coiled up in loops, but in the next shot the lower part of it is coiled up and not the top. (00:55:35)
Continuity mistake: Lin catches up to the Woman in Black holding Nancy in their vehicles and begins a high speed chase. In one shot from inside Lin's car, you can see their are water droplets all over his windshield, but in the very next shot from outside, his windshield is completely dry. (01:12:35)
