Character mistake: During an intermission following Dmitri's revenge after the attempted hit on him, the Chief of staff discusses the data with Dr. Updale. There's a pie chart in the screen in the background, and the segments are; 5%, 25%, 16%, 14% and 50%, which add to...110%. It's not a pie chart, it's a pie and a slice. (00:50:15)
Factual error: You can't detonate C-4, or any plastic explosive, by shooting at it. It's made to only be detonated by a smaller explosion (a detonator). (01:27:05)
Continuity mistake: Nya knocks at the door of the building manager. She turns towards Dolores and asks her if she's seen him. Lex Scott Davis in the first shot is leaning against the frame with curled fingers, but her pose is with the hand flat in the reverse angle. (00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie Nya checks out of the leaking sink. The rag changes place after it cuts to her looking at the pipe, but she never moved it. (00:04:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Dmitri gets weapons from the back of the government vehicle: you can see the reflection of 3 crew members in the window of the truck. In the same shot you can see a crew member's gloved hand holding a flashlight inside the vehicle to light the scene. (01:16:00)
