I've watched this 5 times already. One of my favorite. I wish there is part 2.

Factual error: Lobbyists (or any other private citizen) are not subject to Senate Ethics rules. Only actual senators are. Sloane committed no offence in organising an expensive vacation for a senator. The senator did by accepting it, though.

Elizabeth Sloane: Lobbying is about foresight. About anticipating your opponent's moves and devising counter measures. The winner plots one step ahead of the opposition. And plays her trump card just after they play theirs. It's about making sure you surprise them. And they don't surprise you.
